Wikis are beneficial to organizations or companies as it serves as a link between all that are connected through the wiki. Through wikis, people can communicate and work on projects together without sitting in the same office.
JetBlue used wikis for their airline training program, JetBlue University. Through wikis, the faculty members in Queens, New York, Orlando, Florida, and Salt Lake City, Utah, could collaboratively work together on projects and to increase productivity. With wikis, blogs and other technology, JetBlue plans to move toward being a more technology savvy company as it will aid in the success of the company.
