One method in which to upload videos and images to blogs is by directly uploading the link to a video or image to a blog. To directly upload an image or video, click "Insert image" or "Insert a video." From here, you are directed to a page that ask where you would like to upload the image from. Some of the options are from the blog, phone and personal files (choose files). After you select the photo which you would like to upload, then you click "open" to upload the image. After open is clicked, you are then prompted to click "Add selected" and then the image will be posted to your blog.
The greatest advantage to this method is that the images can easily be upload from a personal computer and special codes do not have to be uploaded.
This is an image of my friend Sean's creative talents in personalizing shoes and hats!
Another method in which images can be added to blogs is by embedding. By embedding an image, the image appears as a part of the context of the page. To embed an image, you have to get the embed code for the image. Once you have found the code, copy it and past it into the HTML editor. This is the embed code I will place in my HTML editor to upload the photo <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/76578244@N08/6866789611/" title="Courtney by MsJessiBaby, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7192/6866789611_ecd8265520.jpg" width="375" height="500" alt="Courtney"></a>
The greatest advantage to this approach is that you are not limited to the images you can upload. On one's personal computer or phone, it may only contain personal images. On the web, there are limitless images that one could use to upload on a blog. This is a photo of my friend Courtney, a plus model.
