Stepping into the Unknown or Just Scared?

Below is a video of photographers that are challenged to photograph a full figured model.  Derek Blanks believes that it is a challenge for an intermediate photographer to photograph a full figured model.  Is it truly a challenge or it is just stepping into the unknown?  The photographers did not talk about their challenges of photographing a plus model.  Their views of photographing would have been a great asset to this video, but their focus was on photography in general.

 

Full figured fashion is on the rise.  In the 1980's, full figured models were not praised as they are today.  In 2012, women are embracing their curves thus pushes the need to have full figured representation in the fashion.  Besides, skinny girls aren't in season! :) Let's hear what Shanda has to say about it...
